What are the inscription fees? Inscription to the meeting is free but mandatory. The deadline is June 30st (June 15th to submit an abstract). Each team is responsible for its members transportation/lodging fees. What will be the language of the meeting? Talks will be given in English
How do I register/submit an abstract? Registration and abstract submission both take place on the Registration page. Choose "Create a new account" and fill out the fields. To validate your registration, you must click on the link sent to you in the registration email. Submissions can be amended until the deadlines. In order to do it, login onto the website, then go to "My Space", then "Register". Do not pay attention to the "Submissions" folder. Note: abstracts will not be available on the web. A pdf version of the program (including abstracts) will be sent to each particpiant.
Where will the meeting take place? The Imagine Institute is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, 24 boulevard du Montparnasse (see map).
When will the meeting take place? The meeting will take place from October 10th 10AM to midnight, and October 11th, from 9:30AM to 5PM. Details of the program will be published there on June 20st.
Where can I find a hotel? You can book those hotels, mentionning you want the rate negotiated with the Imagine Institute (listed below), because you are attending a meeting at the Imagine Institute.
